Targets, not promises. Each phase ends with an exit test; built is not the same as released.

  1. Phase O0 · done

    Contracts

    ADRs 0001 to 0012 are accepted and the specs O-00 to O-17 are drafts: conventions, domain model and run state machine, workflow IR v0, operator ABI, scheduling, lineage, benchmark profile, approvals, session bridge, streams, edge ingestion and sync, platforms, server mode, extension surfaces, the daemon API, connectors and agent threads. O-16 and O-17 rest on ADRs 0013 and 0014, which are still proposed.

  2. Phase O1 · exit test met, released as 0.0.1a

    Runtime MVP

    ogund and the ogun CLI: workflows, runs, backfills, range-compressed partition status, approvals on a terminal, streams and the MCP server. The exit test passes on Linux: a 121-partition backfill survives kill -9 and resumes only the incomplete partitions, and so does an open stream window. Release 0.0.1a of 25 October 2026 ships the binaries for Windows x64 and Linux x64. Next: the same test with real sources.

  3. Phase O2 · in progress

    Data and model operators

    Built: the core operators, adapters for DuckDB, SQL, dbt and Python under a sandbox (Linux only), Ogun’s own LLM provider ladder with a spend ledger (only the Anthropic client was checked, against a mock), the ingest bridge for sensors and the Zeus session bridge (tested against a fake zeusd). Still to come: the Python SDK and YAML authoring, a Windows sandbox, and runs against the real services.

  4. Phase O3 · built, unverified

    Benchmark profile

    Built: isolated environments, evaluators, trajectories and replay, a result cache and matrix runs, with Spider 2.0-DBT, ADE-bench and Harbor adapters whose task formats come from public descriptions and are not yet verified. The container path has not run in CI. There are no results.

  5. Phase O4 · started

    Studio, server mode and A2A

    Studio ships in 0.0.1a as a desktop app for Windows and Linux and as Studio-web, served by ogun-server, which runs the hosted pre-alpha hub. Remote approvals stay off until an external security review. The Android and iOS companions are code without a build. The A2A bridge is planned.

  • A dataframe library or SQL engine
  • A browser, an OCR engine or a vector database
  • A foundation model
  • A full Airflow or dbt replacement
  • Captcha or anti-bot circumvention
  • A generic RPA platform
  • Telemetry of any kind
